I was on SparkPeople today hunting at shape videos when I realized that today is the ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY of my commitment to a healthy lifestyle. One year ago, I stepped on the scale at a Weight Watcher's gathering and weighed 333 lbs., my all time maximal weight. I hit been on a journey ever since. I hit stumbled and fell on my grappling along the way, but I hit NEVER given up. I will not provide up. I am determined to get to 160 lbs, and I know I will do it.
