- Never, EVER resile breakfast!!

- Allow yourself a treat once in a while. I eat 35 nowadays a hebdomad (5 meals a day, 7 days a week). I allow myself to hit around 2 or 3 "bad" treats a week. Watch your assets size!! Remember you poverty to lose coefficient right?

Hopefully these tips hit helped you to actualise that if you change your coverall intake habits, there is absolutely no requirement for a diet because you still intend to hit the occasional treat and you rarely feel hungry because you're intake every 3 hours or so anyway! Good luck!
