It is good that you are thinking about how to lose fat by hunting for a fat expiration program but I'm here to tell you that the power is within you.
Any weight expiration program that has you wear something or take a magic pill for fast fat expiration WILL NOT WORK cause it's all short term. All those fat expiration products claiming "Quick fat loss!" with their fake testimonials don't show you that none of those grouping in those testimonials took that pill. Those grouping advance a lifestyle of good habits and that's what you must do.
I'm not going to provide you a fasting program or some fad diets to follow cause they don't work and you'll be back to your normal lifestyle.
I'm going to tell you to CREATE YOUR OWN FAT LOSS PROGRAM!
Ask yourself:
"WHAT CHANGES CAN YOU DO THAT YOU'RE COMFORTABLE WITH AND THAT YOU CAN DO LONG TERM WHERE YOU DON'T GET BURNED OUT?"
Read that statement again. What can you do long term that won't burn you out? I can provide you fasting tips but if you're uncomfortable with them then you won't take them to heart.
Don't follow a fasting program that someone creates. Create a program for yourself that you'll have fun with.
Are there any activities in YOUR LIFE that you enjoy that can make you more active? Find something fun to do.
Are there healthier habits you can apply to your life? Certain fruits and vegetables you can eat that don't bother you one bit. You can't force yourself to eat vegetables that you hate. You need to choose new eating habits you can handle yourself.
For instance, I always have a serving of vegetables / salad with my meal before the entree and fruit for dessert.
Now don't intend me wrong. I love ice cream, cookies and cakes but I do so in moderation. Every now and then. NOT EVERY MEAL and NOT EVERYDAY.
Find and create your own fat expiration program. Read fat expiration tips but exclusive take those you are easy with, don't stress you discover and that you can apply to your own life.
You want to enjoy your life. Be creative and have fun! Not burn yourself discover with someone else's program.
